The first of which, part of the “Acid Wash” pack, is a far busier design relative to Jun Takahashi’s own. Alongside two other iterations, this pair — whose palette is red-dominant — dresses its overlays with a finish befitting its theme. Shades of red and black bleed into one another throughout, drawing inspiration more from vintage styles than vintage itself. Elsewhere, a dark grey is lined underneath in smooth, solid-colored leather, while the midsole rounds us out with an extremely aged, yellowed look.
