What sizes are shown on the website?

Fresh Stitch lists products in US Men's Sizing. For international sizing, please refer to the conversion chart by click the "Size Guide" link above the size selector on the product description page. Size conversions vary by brand and model.

What payment methods are accepted?

What quality checks are done before my order ships?

Before any order leaves our facility, it goes through a final round of checks by our Verification Experts.

This step ensures your sneakers meet our strict quality standards for condition, materials, and overall craftsmanship. We carefully review every detail — from stitching, Sizing to packaging — so you receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition.

How do I know the quality of the sneakers I’m buying?

Every pair goes through our 10-point quality inspection to ensure it’s brand-new, unworn, and meets our strict standards before it reaches you. We attach verification tag. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Fresh Stitch ships to most countries worldwide. For international customers, please use the country selector at the top left of the navigation bar to ensure proper currency conversion, as well as accurate calculation of taxes and duties at checkout. If you do not see your country listed, unfortunately we do not offer delivery there at this time.

 

We offer deliveries via DHL, Aramex, and UPS, depending on your location. Simply enter your full delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

 

Any applicable taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout based on your country, so there are no surprises or additional fees from the courier upon delivery. Please note: All taxes and duties are non-refundable. If we cover these fees on your behalf and you later request a refund, the taxes and duties we paid will not be refunded.

What are your shipping options?

Standard Shipping

We aim for delivery within 10-25 business days after your order has been accepted, verified and sent to shipping company which takes 5-7 days, excluding weekends.

All shipping options are fully tracked, and we will send your tracking information via email once your order has dispatched. If you placed an order for multiple items, these may be shipped in separate parcels. If applicable, you will receive a tracking number for each parcel.

 

If you provided a valid mobile number when placing your order, our delivery partner may also send you delivery notifications by SMS.

When will my order ship?

Orders may take up to 7 days to process prior to shipment. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. We ship orders Monday through Saturday, except on the following U.S. holidays

Easter Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day

Where is my order coming from?

Everything Fresh Stitch sells is stored in one of our  warehouses mostly in Hong Kong. Having all the merchandise on hand allows us to verify authenticity and ship items faster.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order through the Order History section in your Account page or by visiting our Track Your Order page. You may also use the tracking number we provide to check the status directly with the shipping carrier.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept order cancellation requests as our fulfillment process begins once an order is placed. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—every order ships free, no matter where you are. As long as we ship there.

How fast do you ship orders?

We typically process and ship within 2–3 weeks for pre-orders, and much faster for in-stock pairs. It takes up to 7 days for order processing before shipping. 

What is your Returns Policy?

If, for any reason, you're not pleased with your purchase, you have 3 days from the delivery date of your order to submit a return request.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to replace it or issue a refund.

 

Who will deliver my item?

Orders delivered within the UK and most other countries are shipped via DPD. International orders are shipped via Aramex, DHL, or UPS.

 

All UPS shipments are sent using a signed-for delivery service. DPD records the consignee’s name and includes a “Delivered on Authority” note in the signature section, along with an image as proof of delivery.

How will I know if there's an issue with my order?

If any issues should arise with your order, the Fresh Stitch customer support team will reach out at the email address provided during checkout.

 

Please note that in certain instances you may be prompted to create a Fresh Stitch Account in order to resolve potential issues with your order.

I have a coupon code. How do I use it?

Coupon codes can be redeemed on the Checkout Page. On the right-hand side of the checkout page, all your cart items will be listed. Below this will be a “PROMO CODE” box. Copy your code here and the discount will be applied to your cart immediately.

 

Coupon codes cannot be applied during promotional periods or sale dates, nor can they be combined with any other offers.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do! Gift cards can be purchased here.

How long do I have to redeem my gift card/store credit?

Gift cards and store credits are redeemable on all products across our site. Gift cards may have an expiry date, please view your gift card details in your account.

Am I responsible for duties & taxes if I'm purchasing?

All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please use the country selector at the top left of the navigation bar to ensure accurate currency conversion and duties & taxes calculation.

 

We ship DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) to most destinations worldwide, which means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

 

If a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) destination is selected, the price you pay to Fresh Stitch will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient, you'll need to instead pay these directly to our carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Can I change the address on my order?

Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. If your order has not shipped, please contact our Customer Care team and they will do their best to accommodate the request.

Can I change the size, color-way, or model of my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any adjustments to size, color, or model.

Why was my order cancelled?

An order can be cancelled for a variety of reasons.

One reason is because we could not verify the payment details provided. In these instances, you may place your order again using a verified alternative payment method.

We may also cancel your order if an item(s) within your order become unavailable prior to preparing your order for shipment.  

An item/size I want is out of stock. How will I know if you will be getting it back in?

If a specific item or size is out of stock, feel free to contact us via Live Chat, Email, Phone, or Direct Message on our social media platforms. We’ll be happy to check with our suppliers and notify you if it becomes available.
