🛡️ What is the Buyer Protection Policy?

Our Buyer Protection Policy covers you in specific situations where your item:

✓Is inauthentic

✓ Is the wrong item

✓ Is materially different from the product description or images (e.g., unexpected damage or flaws not listed)

✓Is missing key components (e.g., missing insoles, straps, zippers, tags, etc.)

🕒 Important Timeframe

To qualify for the Buyer Protection Policy:

✓ You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

✓ If a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back within 3 business days of receiving the return label.

✓ Failure to act within these timelines may result in your request being denied.

📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our Buyer Protection Policy:

✓ The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.

✓ The Fresh Stitch verification tag must still be attached.

✓ The item must include all original packaging, accessories, and labels.

✓ We may ask for photos or other documentation before issuing a return label.

💳 Refunds

If your return is approved:

✓ You will receive either a Fresh Stitch Credit or, upon request, a refund to your original payment method.

✓ Refunds may take 10–14 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

✓ Initial shipping charges and return fees may be excluded unless otherwise agreed.

⚠️ What is Not Covered

The Buyer Protection Policy does not cover:

✓Items with wear and tear due to use

✓Vintage items, which may naturally have aging or wear

✓Products shipped using freight forwarders

✓Issues reported after 14 days of delivery

In rare cases where we’ve made a mistake (such as shipping the wrong item or missing verification errors), we’ll make it right.

📌 Additional Notes

✓EU/UK consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, regardless of our internal policy. However, compensation may apply if tags are removed and the item is returned.

✓Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive and open a case within 10 days to ensure smooth resolution.
