🔄 Fresh Stitch Return Policy

At Fresh Stitch, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy to ensure your return is accepted.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

✓Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition

✓All original tags, including zip ties and authenticity labels, must be intact

✓Sneakers must be returned in the original sneaker box, placed inside a protective outer shipping box

✓Items returned without proper packaging may be rejected

🗓️ Return Timeframe

✓ Initiate your return within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing: contactfreshstitch@gmail.com

✓Once your return is approved, you have 7 days to ship it back

✓All returns must be completed within 14 days of delivery

📦 Return Process

1. Email us at contactfreshstitch@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to initiate your return.

2. Repack the item securely with all original packaging, including designer boxes, tags, and accessories.

3. Place everything inside a protective shipping box to prevent damage.

4. Attach the return label clearly on the outside of the package.

5. Ask the courier to scan the return package for tracking purposes.

6. Since we offer free initial shipping, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

✓ Items marked as Final Sale

✓ Pre-release items

✓ Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes (these are only eligible for store credit)

❗Important Notes

✓ Returns without an outer protective box may be refused if the sneaker box is damaged.

✓If your return is not accepted, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping to have the item sent back to you. 

♻️EXCHANGES

✓ We currently do not offer standard exchanges due to long shipping times in both directions.

However, if we made a mistake with your order (such as sending the wrong item or size), you're welcome to:

✓ Request a full refund back to your original payment method — we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

✓ Or Ship the item to us and choose to receive store credit if you'd prefer to shop again.

In this case, we can arrange an exchange process:

✓ You return the incorrect item to us.

✓ Once we receive it, we’ll send the correct item to you.

✓ There are no restocking fees, and shipping costs will be covered by us.

⏳ Please allow up to 14 business days for the full exchange or refund process to be completed.

REFUND POLICY 

At Fresh Stitch, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and trustworthy. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help — but please read our refund policy carefully.

✓Items must be returned with the original sneaker box inside a protective outer shipping box

✓Sale items or orders placed with a promo code are eligible for store credit only

🔍Inspection & Approval Process

✓Once we receive your return, please allow 2–3 business days for us to inspect and authenticate the item(s)

✓If approved, we’ll issue a full refund

✓A return fee may apply based on your location

⏳Refund Timeline

✓Refunds are processed to the original payment method

✓Please allow 10–14 business days for the funds to appear after the refund is approved

🚫When Refunds May Be Denied

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

✓Items are not in original condition

✓Zip tie or authenticity tag is missing or removed

✓Return is sent without the required sneaker box and/or protective outer box

📦Rejected Refunds

✓ If your return does not meet our policy conditions, the refund will be rejected, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.
