🧾 Order Review & Processing
✓We take 2–7 business days to process and verify your order before handing it over to the shipping carrier. This ensures accuracy, quality control, and fraud prevention. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
✓All orders undergo fraud screening and may be placed on hold pending verification.
✓We may request additional documents. Please monitor your email after placing an order.
✓Orders are not final until confirmed. Processing may be delayed during review.
💳 Currency & Payment
✓All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
✓International buyers may see prices in their local currency at checkout. These totals include conversion rates and fees.
✓Refunds for local currency payments are issued in Fresh Stitch Credit, converted to USD. Credit expires after 1 year.
✓Offers can only be made in USD.
✓Fresh Stitch is not responsible for exchange rate accuracy.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
✓Standard shipping is Free (domestic & international).

🌍 International Buyers
✓Orders will declare the actual purchase value for customs.
✓Buyer is responsible for duties and taxes charged by their country.
📝 Accurate Order Info
✓Ensure your shipping, contact, billing, and payment info is correct at checkout.
✓Billing address must match bank records.
✓Orders cannot be edited after placement.
❗ Order Cancellation
✓Orders not labeled as "Instant" may be canceled within 3 hours or before seller confirmation.
✓If an item you ordered is no longer available, we’ll issue you store credit equal to the amount paid. You can use it to shop for another item of the same value. In some cases, we may also provide a discount code if one is available at the time.
✓Instant & Offer-based orders cannot be canceled.
✓Refunds for canceled orders are returned to the original payment method.
📉 Price, Availability & Taxes
✓Prices and stock are subject to change at any time.
✓Sales tax/VAT is charged based on shipping location where required.
✓Some regions may tax shipping costs as well.
📦 Risk of Loss
✓If you don’t receive your package (and didn't use a freight forwarder), we can help you file a claim.
✓You may be asked to verify your identity or sign a form.
✓Fresh Stitch may issue a credit or replacement at our discretion.
🔁 International Returns
✓Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
✓Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include original tags/packaging.
✓Ship returns within 3 days of receiving the return label.
✓Refunds issued as Fresh Stitch Credit, minus shipping and priority fees.
✓Return evaluation may take up to 7 days.
🔄 Rejected Returns
If your return is rejected, you may:
✓Pay shipping to have it returned to you
✓Choose to consign the item with Fresh Stitch
✓If no action is taken within 14 days, we may consign or dispose of the item.
📬 Undeliverable Packages
✓If your order is marked undeliverable, we’ll contact you for redelivery.
✓If we receive no response, we may cancel the order and refund the item price.
