Made in collaboration with the New York-based menswear brand, the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 550 ‘Red’ revives a forgotten basketball shoe kept out of circulation since its original release in 1989. An off-white leather upper is enlivened with contrasting red and black accents throughout, including a cracked leather ‘N’ logo on the quarter panel. Aimé Leon Dore branding lands on both tongue tags and the heel overlay of the left shoe. A pre-yellowed midsole amplifies the vintage look.
